Interference With Conduct of Business Prohibited; Exceptions

Sec. 861.155. INTERFERENCE WITH CONDUCT OF BUSINESS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS. A person, including the department and the commissioner, may not restrain or interfere with the conduct of business of a general casualty company, except in: (1) a revocation of the company's certificate of authority and appointment of a receiver under Section 861.701; (2) an action by a judgment creditor; or (3) a proceeding supplementary to execution.
