Purpose

Sec. 88.603. PURPOSE. The center shall carry out a program of research, education, and technology transfer to support the state's role in the inland waterway and port system in Texas. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 292, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 28, 1995.
