Sec. 88.801. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Center" means the Center for Transportation Safety. (2) "Institute" means the Texas Transportation Institute, a component of The Texas A&M University System. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 714, Sec. 2, eff. June 13, 2001.
