Sec. 882.051. AUTHORITY TO FORM COMPANY; PURPOSE. A mutual life insurance company may be formed under this chapter to insure the lives of individuals on the mutual level premium and legal reserve plan. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
