Sec. 882.452. TYPE OF POLICY AUTHORIZED. A mutual life insurance company may issue a policy only on the participating plan with dividends payable annually as provided by Subchapter H. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
