Annual Statement

Sec. 884.406. ANNUAL STATEMENT. A stipulated premium company that issues or maintains in force policies under this subchapter shall file the annual statement required by Section 884.256 not later than March 1 of each year. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
