Approval of Rate Adjustment

Sec. 884.562. APPROVAL OF RATE ADJUSTMENT. A stipulated premium company may not adjust a life insurance premium rate under this subchapter before: (1) obtaining the approval of the department; and (2) providing notice to the policyholder.
