Sec. 885.307. GRACE PERIOD. A fraternal benefit society shall include in the terms of a benefit certificate a grace period of at least one month for payment of premiums. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
