Enforcing Payment of Premiums; Control of Benefit Certificates

Sec. 885.310. ENFORCING PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS; CONTROL OF BENEFIT CERTIFICATES. A fraternal benefit society may provide for: (1) enforcing payment of premiums; (2) designating beneficiaries; and (3) controlling benefit certificates and all rights, obligations, and liabilities incident to the certificates not in conflict with this chapter.
