Publication of Valuation and Condition

Sec. 885.406. PUBLICATION OF VALUATION AND CONDITION. A fraternal benefit society shall publish, in the society's official paper, a statement of: (1) the valuation provided by Sections 885.403 and 885.405; and (2) an explanation of the facts concerning the society's condition disclosed by that valuation.
