Other Penalties

Sec. 885.706. OTHER PENALTIES. Notwithstanding Section 885.705, if another section of this chapter provides a penalty for a violation of the section, the penalty provided in the other section prevails. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
