Sec. 887.007. DEPOSIT OF FEES. The department shall deposit a fee collected under this chapter to the credit of the Texas Department of Insurance operating account. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
