Sec. 887.303. APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN RATE INCREASES. An association may not implement a rate increase on insurance certificates in force before the commissioner approves the rate increase as complying with this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
