Sec. 9.161. FILING OF DECREE OF REVOCATION AGAINST FOREIGN FILING ENTITY. (a) The clerk of a court that enters a decree revoking the registration of a foreign filing entity shall file a certified copy of the decree in accordance with Chapter 4. (b) A fee may not be charged for the filing of a decree under this section. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
