Sec. 91.022. BUSHEL BASKET. A bushel basket must contain at least 2,150.4 cubic inches in the basket proper, regardless of the construction of the lid. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1222, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
