Sec. 911.002. GENERAL RULEMAKING AUTHORITY; ENFORCEMENT. After hearing, the commissioner may adopt rules to clarify and augment this chapter as determined by the commissioner to be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. The department may enforce rules adopted under this section. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
