Fees

Sec. 911.003. FEES. (a) The department shall charge and collect the following fees: (1) $10 for an amendment to a farm mutual insurance company's charter; and (2) $1 for the issuance of a company's certificate of authority. (b) The department shall charge and the comptroller shall collect a fee of $20 for the filing of an annual statement required by the department. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
