Sec. 911.307. RESERVE REQUIREMENTS. (a) A farm mutual insurance company's board of directors may provide for the accumulation of reserve funds. (b) The company shall invest the reserve funds in the same type of securities in which the reserve funds of other fire insurance companies are required to be invested by law.
