Sec. 912.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Member" includes a policyholder or another person who is insured by a county mutual insurance company. (2) "Policy" includes a certificate or contract of insurance, certificate of membership, or other document through which insurance is effected or evidenced.
