Fees

Sec. 912.003. FEES. The department shall charge and collect a fee in the amount of $1 for the issuance of a county mutual insurer's certificate of authority. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
