Sec. 912.055. CHARTER AND ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION. The charter and articles of incorporation of a county mutual insurance company must state: (1) the name of the company, which must include the words "County Mutual Insurance Company"; (2) the location of the principal office of the company; and (3) the number of the directors, which must be at least five.
