Sec. 912.302. ANNUAL STATEMENT FEE. The department shall charge and the comptroller shall collect a fee of $20 for the filing of an annual statement by a county mutual insurance company. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
