Sec. 94.151. WARRANTY OF SUITABILITY. By executing a lease agreement, the landlord warrants that the manufactured home lot is suitable for the installation of a manufactured home during the term of the lease agreement. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 801, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2002.
