Sec. 94.161. AGENTS FOR DELIVERY OF NOTICE. A managing agent, leasing agent, or resident manager is the agent of the landlord for purposes of notice and other communications required or permitted by this subchapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 801, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2002.
