Sec. 95.012. LICENSE REQUIRED. A person may not manufacture, use, or offer for use or sale a coloring matter for citrus fruit until the coloring matter is approved and the person is granted a license by the department. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1248, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
