Supplementary Bylaws; Rules

Sec. 951.004. SUPPLEMENTARY BYLAWS; RULES. (a) The board of directors may adopt supplementary bylaws as necessary to administer and enforce this chapter. (b) The state bar may: (1) adopt rules regulating the participation of a state bar member in group legal services programs; and (2) require periodic reporting on that participation.
