Application Fee

Sec. 951.053. APPLICATION FEE. The board of directors may set a fee, in an amount reasonable and necessary to enforce this chapter, for an organization applying for approval of a prepaid legal services program. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
