Sec. 952.153. PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. A lawyer referral service may require a member, as a condition of membership, to: (1) obtain a policy of errors and omissions insurance; or (2) establish other proof of financial responsibility in an amount determined by the service.
