Sec. 96.157. SERVICE OF LIMITING ORDER. (a) A limiting order may be served by personal delivery by an agent of the commissioner or by certified or registered mail. (b) Service is complete when the conservator receives the order. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
