Sec. 96.158. EFFECT OF LIMITING ORDER. (a) Immediately after receiving a limiting order, the conservator shall post a copy of the order at the main entrance of the savings bank. (b) A deposit account withdrawal that violates a limiting order may not be permitted after the conservator posts the order. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
