Sec. 96.306. PRIORITY OF CLAIMS. When a savings bank is liquidated, claims for payment have the same priority that similar claims have when a federal savings bank is liquidated under federal law. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
