Special Liquidating Agent

Sec. 96.315. SPECIAL LIQUIDATING AGENT. At the completion of the liquidation, the commissioner may appoint a special liquidating agent if necessary to adjust and settle undisposed claims. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
