Sec. 98.301. FREQUENCY OF EXAMINATION. A foreign savings bank holding a certificate of authority issued under Subchapter I, Chapter 92, may be examined not more than once each year. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
