Sec. 981.155. SUPERVISION BY COMMISSIONER. The commissioner shall supervise the stamping office. The stamping office is subject to the applicable provisions of this code and rules of the commissioner. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
