Classification of Surplus Lines Agents

Sec. 981.204. CLASSIFICATION OF SURPLUS LINES AGENTS. The department may classify surplus lines agents and issue a surplus lines license to an agent in accordance with: (1) a classification created under this section; and (2) reasonable rules of the commissioner.
