Sec. 982.103. FILING OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT BY ALIEN INSURANCE COMPANY. An alien insurance company that wants to engage in the business of insurance in this state shall file a financial statement as provided by Section 982.252. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
