Sec. 983.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "redomestication" means a change in domicile of an insurer or health maintenance organization by merger, consolidation, or another legal method. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
