Sec. 2.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter, "agriculture" means: (1) the cultivation of the soil to produce crops; (2) horticulture, floriculture, or viticulture; (3) forestry; or (4) the raising or keeping of livestock or poultry. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 301, Sec. 2, eff. May 29, 1999.
