Sec. 23.060. OFFICERS. The board of directors of a corporation shall appoint a president, a treasurer, and any other agent or officer of the corporation and shall fill each vacancy other than a vacancy on the board. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
