Sec. 12.051. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Parent" means the parent who is indicated on the student registration form at that school campus. (2) "Board" and "board of trustees" mean the board of trustees of a school district or the governing body of a home-rule school district. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
