Sec. 135.53. NONRESIDENT FEE EXEMPTIONS. The board may enter into cooperative agreements which exempt technical students from nonresident fees when there are reciprocal privileges granted to Texas residents. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3318, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
