Sec. 19.0022. SUNSET PROVISION. The Windham School District is subject to review under Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). The district shall be reviewed during the period in which the Texas Department of Criminal Justice is reviewed. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1154 (S.B. 213), Sec. 27, eff.
