Sec. 38.226. GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS. A school district, open-enrollment charter school, or private school may accept gifts, grants, donations, and federal and local funds to implement this subchapter. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1080 (S.B. 629), Sec. 1, eff. June 18, 2023.
