Sec. 48.153. DROPOUT RECOVERY SCHOOL AND RESIDENTIAL PLACEMENT FACILITY ALLOTMENT. A school district or open-enrollment charter school is entitled to $275 for each student in average daily attendance who: (1) resides in a residential placement facility; or (2) is at a district or school or a campus of the district or school that is designated as a dropout recovery school under Section 39.0548.
