Sec. 88.113. COMPACT ADMINISTRATOR. The director of the Texas Forest Service shall act as compact administrator for the State of Texas and represent Texas in the South Central Interstate Forest Fire Protection Compact. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3212, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
