Sec. 123.002. MODIFICATION OF ADOPTION ACTION. The official action adopting a voting system for use in elections may be modified or rescinded at any time by the adopting authority. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
