Sec. 172.051. WITHDRAWAL, DEATH, OR INELIGIBILITY GENERALLY. With respect to withdrawal, death, or ineligibility of a candidate in a primary election, this subchapter supersedes Subchapter A, Chapter 145, to the extent of any conflict. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., Ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
