Sec. 1105.151. GENERAL FORMALITIES. A bond given by a guardian of the estate must: (1) be conditioned as required by law; (2) be payable to the judge or that judge's successors in office; (3) have the written approval of the judge in the judge's official capacity; and (4) be executed and approved in accordance with this subchapter.
