Tex. Estates Code § 455.001

Sec. 455.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "public probate administrator" means the public probate administrator appointed under Section 25.00251, Government Code. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 671 (H.B. 1755), Sec. 2, eff. January 1, 2014.
