Maximum Time Remedial Order Is Effective

Sec. 65.104. MAXIMUM TIME REMEDIAL ORDER IS EFFECTIVE. A truancy court's remedial order under Section 65.103 is effective until the later of: (1) the date specified by the court in the order, which may not be later than the 180th day after the date the order is entered; or (2) the last day of the school year in which the order was entered.
